Did you know? Coffee drinkers live longer then non-coffee drinkers.
...as well as a lower risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and Parkinson's disease according to Harvard Health Publishing, research has linked a moderate intake (about three to four cups per day) - how do you drink your coffee?

Don't get me wrong - no one is forcing you to drink coffee if you don't enjoy it. But if jo do - how do you drink it? These are my favorite ways to get my daily dose of caffeine! Black coffee - filtered. The benefits with filtered coffee is that you don't get the layer of unhealthy fat around the coffee beans. It is also the best way serve a lot to guests - or drink a lot yourself, like I do. Moccamaster last a lifetime! I actually own two of them. Yes, I do. In two colors.
This one is a classic - but have you seen this beauty?
But for only one guest, or I might want something with flavor - I have a Nespresso machine as well. There are endless types of capsules to try. And I've even had an coffee advent calendar one year! Nespresso for that one cup after dinner, please.
And did you know what? There is absolutely no need for "Slim coffee" or some special kind of coffee for diet for weight loss.
Caffeine, a main component of coffee, has been shown to increase metabolism and fat oxidation, or the use of fat for energy. This can help the body burn calories more efficiently and potentially lead to weight loss over time.
And you also need cute mugs!
